Recommendations

So, now I'm gone to tell you a recommendation to have a healthy live and avoid injuries: If you are going to exercise, you should always start with a proper warm-up to prepare your body. Before beginning any intense activity, you ought to do light movements such as jogging slowly or moving your arms and legs to increase your heart rate. If you skip this step, you could get injured more easily. During your warm-up, you had better focus on your muscles and joints, especially the ones you are going to use the most. After finishing your exercise, you should not stop suddenly. Instead, you ought to cool down by walking slowly and doing gentle stretches. If you don’t stretch after exercising, your muscles can become tight and sore. You had better take a few minutes to relax your body and breathe deeply, so you can recover properly and avoid future injuries.

Personal Experience

So, to start, I’m going to tell you a little about a personal experience with an injury I had in the past. To be honest, I’ve never had a serious injury that affected my life or made people say, “Wow, that was really bad.” However, I did have one that wasn’t very serious, but it lasted for quite a long time. Last year, during physical education class, my teacher asked us to run around the soccer field. In the middle of the activity, one kid suddenly got in my way. I tried to dodge him, but a classmate was right where I was heading. Because of that, I fell and got a really big scratch on my knee for months, And my pants tore at the knee.
